Ahh so you mean when we refund someone's purchase it DOES revoke their 
license?  I've given 2-3 refunds since launch and I was under the impression 
that those users will still get to use the app, because they did not cancel 
their order via the market.

If this is true, then I'm glad no one has taken me up on the offer then to 
buy and then have me refund them!  And scratch that as a list of viable 
options to give someone your paid app for free.
