in the samples you find NFCDemo. This application allows to generate intents as if a NFC Tag were read. The application then reacts on these fake tags. On a real device other applications could consume these intents as well. Problem: the NFCDemo sample is still on API level 9, i.e. it reacts on android.nfc.action.TAG_DISCOVERED and not on the newer actions. Dominik
