Samsung Gem allows monkeyrunner to touch() its home screen, but Motorola Droid 2 does not. Droid 2 DOES allow touch()es within at least certain apps (such as Minesweeper). I'm guessing this is not a bug but the manufacturer's decision.
Have others seen this discrepancy? Can anyone explain what's happening at a deeper level?
