Hi, I'm wondering if anyone could answer this question about in-app billing. Is there an additional fee for international (i.e. non-US) in-app purchases? I've encountered a rumor that users in some non-US countries get charged an additional $5 per transaction for in app billing purchases. Is this true? Un-true? Sort of true?
I can't find any reference to this fee in the in-app billing documentation. What's up?
