Thanks. That's what I thought after searching for it. This would be a great addition to the documentation and I would think that Google would have access to this or could build it easily enough.
The closest thing I have found is using the index in a few of the Android books I have to look up the permission and then going to where it is referenced in the book to show what command it is related to.
