to dear Kenny, I have solved this problem by taking a build sequence to the ADT source code under the newly released cupcake device code, and thanks for your concern ;-) The new ADT (version 0.9.0) is under the /<device- code-root>/devlopment/tools/eclipse/plugins/ com.android.ide.eclipse.adt , and build the plugin with running the script file "build_server.sh" under the /<device-code-root>/devlopment/ tools/eclipse/scripts.
