I wanted to do this once. The answer is:
Bluetooth probably isn't intended to be used for that thing you're trying to do. Kris (P.s., the reason people typically cite is that they want to randomly bond with other devices running their app so they can get a truly peer to peer app, but I think that this is kind of hacking BT.)
