The *more information* you provide, the better your results will be.
But the easiest solutions:
If you draw all in 3d see glEnable(GL_DEPTH_TEST) also glDepthFunc
If 2D you can create sprites with alpha channel (png), disable 
GL_DEPTH_TEST,
set blending 
GLES20.glEnable(GLES20.GL_BLEND);
GLES20.glBlendFunc(GLES20.GL_ONE,GLES20.GL_ONE_MINUS_SRC_ALPHA);
and draw in back to front order
