Hi I was wondering if it is possible to create a video call over 3g in android 2.3 or later, I would appreciate if some one could point me in the right direction, as to what I need to look at in developing this application. I have discovered how to create a socket connection between two phones, is it possible to create the video call using this connection? How would I go about doing that? I would appreciate any reading material you suggest. Also is it possible to invoke a gtalk video chat from another application?
