Many apps can use different resources (e.g., one GUI layout resource
for normal-sized screens, one for large-sized screens), using the same
underlying code base. In particular, the fragments framework helps to
create applications where the tablet UIs are assembled from multiple
phone-sized chunks of reusable UI.
