At SlideME, we don't have any restrictions on if users want to handle their own billing or trial upgrades. Use Mogees if you like. The only thing we request is that you disclose everything to the user in your terms.
We will also be offering our own billing through SAM, our Android client, next week. This does not require embedding anything in your code. After the user registers at SlideME, they just need to click buy and that's it. Pretty easy.
