For use case of my app I would like to know exactly how many seconds an app was in focus. Not just my app, but every app installed on phone. I've found this difficult to implement.
I've tried several approaches: Parsing logs, monitoring currently running tasks etc. but didn't succeed. Any insight on the matter will be appreciated.
