Folks, I have been looking around for code that would let users select a file from the sd card. I have seen a few implementations for such an "open file" dialog. However, all of them have been implemented as activities and not as a dialog. I am wondering why developers are implementing it this way. For me, it appears "open file" must be a dialog.
