Hey Guys, Does anyone know of a tutorial or code example that shows how to use the search functionality that works so well on the google maps but I want to do something similar in my android app. I saw a new cool app called dinefinder where the app launches with a mapview that has the pins laid out pointing to different restaurants that the user can click and get additional information. I wonder if anyone has code samples on how to get the restaurant data from the map search?? Also, I see that the Maps on the G1 has a Search and Directions menu options and I wanted to see how to add something like that in my google app. Does anyone know or any code samples for this??
