Android video view is displaying a big black screen when opening a
video for first time before playing for some miliseconds.
then Video is playing fine. But how to remove that black screen while
playing the video ?

I'm using a VideoView integrated in my layout.
when the videoview start playing, it seems like, the surface view
(with black background during the media prepare state) is displaying
in fullscreen ahead of my window.

its not a huge problem since the video is playing fine after that, in
the bounds I defined for my video view, but it can be really weird and
scary for the user to see his screen turn black for a very short
while.

Has any of you ever seen this problem ? and do you have a fix I could
try ?

I try to read a different video in another VideoView next to the first
one. The black screen is visible at the first call to
videoviex.start() method. If I stop and rest the first and then start
the second one, no black screen.
so I guess it happens at the media surface initialisation (is surface
is shared by every surface view isn't it ?)
