Of course this is to upload my apps to Android Market developer's program listing. After you update your program (app), you want to upload it to your program listing so that your users can upgrade the program. Somehow it does not work on my Windows 7 now. I indeed encountered many problems on Windows 7. I can't use debugger of Eclipse on Windows 7 now. Since I have been quite familiar with Android development, debugger has become not so critical to me now. But, it's still a mystery to me that Eclipse debugger no longer works now. (It does not stop at any breakpoints I set.)
