Your question is not really a programming question, and so is not
terribly suitable for StackOverflow.

I presume you mean the Android Market.

At best, users may consider your "LIBRARY-app" to be pointless -- if
so, they will give it appropriate comments and ratings, potentially
harming your ranking for your other apps.

At worst, you may be kicked out of the Android Market for violating
the terms and conditions, if you were planning on selling these other
apps by means other than the Android Market.

The Google Books free app provides a lot more value than this. For
example, you can read books with it, which is fundamental to the
entire Google Books experience. One could argue that "browse for other
books from within this app and purchase it" is not even essential
anymore, particularly now that you can search books via the Android
Market.

Your "LIBRARY-app" does not appear to provide anywhere near equivalent
value, from the limited description that you have provided here. The
one feature it provides is already provided by the Android Market.

Now, if you want to have an activity in each app within the suite that
provides links to the other apps' Market listings, that's a fine idea.
But don't have a whole app whose sole purpose is to do that.
