Hi, SetMessage() will effect only when you do OnCreateDialog(). Instead you can try the below options, 1. Have two dialogs with separate Id's ERROR_DIALOG_ID_TEXT1 and ERROR_DIALOG_ID_TEXT2 else 2. Create AlertDialog and use show() function to display it. In this case you will not be requiring showDialog(int) and OnCreateDialog() and OnPrepareDialog().
