I have an android 2.3.3 version and i also have 3G connection. I know android doesn't have any feature for direct video call. Although, I tried downloading some apps to make video calls like skype, whats-app, etc. still, I wasn't able to make a single video call. Can somebody please guide me to make a video call step by step ??
