I did a little study on Android 4.0 (ICS) features and learned that ------------------ Based on their data plans, users can optionally set warning levels or hard limits on data usage or disable mobile data altogether. Users can also manage the background data used by individual applications as needed" ---------------- I am looking for the API by which we can control the get and control the b/g data usage by individual apps.
