i recently reinstalled the android sdk because of this infuriating build bug in r14. when i open the android sdk manager, i do not see any platform packages available. i installed r12 of the sdk tools, and i see the r14 package available, but nothing else. where's all the platform packages, docs, etc.? see this screenshot of the sdk manager:
