Ok, so if you are on Eclipse, you should go in the LogCat tab. And give us the part where the error is printed. It will be in red font. (I presume you don't use the logcat to debug that's why I'm explaining. If so, sorry to tell you such a simple thing).
Without the error it is not easy to find what's wrong..
