You could pack the MP3's in the APK and then copy them from the APK to the SD card. They will still be in the APK, but you will have them on the SD card also.
You can also publish the APK without them then check for them when you run, and if they aren't there, download them from a server. Is there a reason you don't want to use them from the APK?
