Hi Guys, As part of my past-time work, i am planning to build an android based digital signage player. It is pretty much an evaluation board running gingerbread connected to a touch screen. I have compiled the source code, but it seems to have lots of android functionality that i dont need. Like phone/contacts etc. I made changes to core.mk & generic.mk and hoping that is going to remove few apps. Wondering if you guys can help me identify apps/providers that are safe to remove, given that i need only wifi feature alone.
