Hello, I'm a newbie to android world.
I rooted android and was trying to associate to 5.2Ghz AP using iwconfig in android shell. But it looks wpa_supplicant block this operation, thus I killed wpa_supplicant process and try "iwconfig eth0 essid My5GhzAP", then suddenly eth0 driver downs. It disappears in ifconfig list.
