I am a new developer; i just create my first app targetted at Android 3.2 API 13. Now i want to make it compatible with earlier versions. I ran my SDK and AVD Manager in administrator mode. In the Available packages section, i unchecked the "update only" check box, and the settings is set to force http connect. The only available packages i see are API 15 and SDK Platform-tool revision 9 upgrades.
I no longer see the other platforms 2.2, 2.3,... How can I get around this issue? Also, i get an error that it cannot fetch the third-party google add-on components but i don't believe that has anything to do with the Android repository.
