A few days ago, I set up my android olive pad to work as gsm modem. I connected through hyperterminal on my windows XP desktop. Then I passed AT commands onto my olive pad which executed successfully. I basically configure my olivepad with kannel sms gateway. It worked well. I am trying to do same with android handset (have both samsung and HTC). But neither of the handset are recognised as modem. When I connect to com port(on which device is connected) through hyperterminal and execute AT commands nothing happens. Can anyone help me out with this ??
