I haven't seen any, nor am I aware of any Android devices with an RS-232 port. That said, I decided to Google for it and found a fair amount of useful information. Having skimmed over some of that information, I have to ask, why in the world do you want to do such a thing? Why not communicate with Windows via USB? Or WiFi?
