Ummm, that's incredibly obvious, now, isn't it? As you're writing your soft keyboard app, just don't include the support for long-press events. Or, if you plan to release this keyboard app, you should (obviously) make it a user setting. Do you need help in how *NOT* to add a feature in your app?
