Hi Per, We are still looking into this. For certain, we aren't having the apps on the SD card like some of the other paid services. But as it stands now, people could grab applications off the device using the Android SDK tools, as Dianne mentioned.
If we can't get Android to lock down these apps, we will release out something to the community to handle forward locking, in relatively short-order. Mogees is also an option. If you are willing to wait a few days, you can just use our forward locking for free. I've talked with George and we may delay launch until early-to-mid next week to give developers time to embed the forward locking, again if we can't solve the issue within Android. I'll send out an update later tonight (PST). Either way, you will need to click through the developer agreements prior to your paid application to be downloadable to the general public, so there is no harm in sitting tight. I'll send a notice to the list when those agreements are available. I appreciate you pressing this issue Per, sometimes we get pretty busy and overlook something critical like this.
