I haven't touched animations yet. If you're "very new" to programming and no one else has an answer for you I would suggest you read through the docs carefully for the stuff you're working on (webview and animations), look at the samples, and just play with. Use your debugger and LogCat output to get a better idea of how everything is working and maybe the issue will reveal itself to you.
