Hello, I am 20 years old and currently studying Computer Science. I have an app almost ready to be uploaded, however I have trouble signing up - this is why:
The credit card I hold is not mine but my mother's. While my google account has my personal information, at the time when I must agree to the license agreement and finalize my registration, the details I see is about my mother (her name, etc.). Can I change it? If I won't, will there be a problem in general?
