I have noticed that in the new ICS calendar provider API there are intent mechanisms to start the calendar and to insert new calendar events (http://developer.android.com/guide/topics/providers/calendar- provider.html#intents). I wonder if there will be some sort of picking mechanism using intents (e.g. using ACTION_PICK, similar to the contacts provider or the gallery)?
