Treking is absolutely right. I'm sorry if it wasn't the answer that you wanted to hear but I feel it couldn't have been said better. I understand that you are pissed about it but the truth is that the suspension was perfectly reasonable. Using the name alone is enough to suspend the application. My opinion is completely unbiased because my whole account was suspended by google. After reading over the tos which I should have done in the first place i realized just how many little things that I was doing wrong. I had a total of 10 apps suspended for numerous things throughout 2011 before they cut me off completely. Wether your account gets suspended completely or not depends on either multiple infractions or severity of the violation. So let this be a warning!!!! Don't think it's OK to change graphics and the package name and re publish this app. Your whole account is at risk by playing around with google like this and your developer account WILL BE SUSPENDED. I am a learning developer as well and tried as well to use big names to my advantage and I was very successful. And I was wondering the same thing about similar apps but just like treking said it will eventually happen to them as well. I now have a new market account and am doing everything by the book. Yes it's hard to make money but my best suggestion is to start learning game development. That is the best way to make money in android and with android 4.0, gamepad support and dual core devices coming soon, you can be damn sure android games will take the place of xbox, playstation and wii. So remove any applications from the market that may be questionable for your own sake. You don't want to be shut out of the opportunities android will continue to offer. Good luck
