I have created an SO question , I just wanted to bring the attention of community and hence this topic here.. I don't want to reject/silent calls I just want to get notified when a call arrives and want to execute and show some alert stuff before/when the user could see/press "call receive/reject widget" I will be happy to get notified on other events like call reject, call pickup , call complete.. etc.. bu my primary concern is to get notified on incoming call and show some alert before before user could pick it up !
