I am having a similar issue. I only have the Tools, Android 4.0.3 (API 15) and the Google USB Driver package installed through the Android SDK Manager.
Anytime I try to install any other versions (I've tried 2.2, 2.3.3 and 1.5), I get this error: Downloading SDK Platform Android 2.3.3, API 10, revision 2 File not found: C:\Program Files (x86)\Android\android-sdk\temp \android-2.3.3_r02-linux.zip (Access is denied) Downloading Samples for SDK API 10, revision 1 File not found: C:\Program Files (x86)\Android\android-sdk\temp \samples-2.3.3_r01-linux.zip (Access is denied) Anyone have any ideas?
