@PSKink: if you planned to use the ExternalStorage or InternalStorage would returns the url path of the SDCard or the phone internal space respectively. but as per my understanding, The user (who posted Venu), wants to save the xml with in Application, like we the way we create the customize property xml files in asset folder.
