I am getting the frames from onPreviewFrame method, and convert
these frames to jpeg and send it on a network.
but i want the size of each image to QVGA that is 320x240. Please tell
me what is the right way to do this, but i am doing like this, Here is
my code. Is this give me the result that i want. thanks
public void onPreviewFrame(byte[] data, Camera camera) {
Camera.Parameters parameters = camera.getParameters();
int format = parameters.getPreviewFormat();
