What requirements do you have? For example in the https://market.android.com/publish page for my app it says;
This application is only available to devices with these features, as defined in your application manifest. Screen layouts: SMALL NORMAL LARGE XLARGE Required device features android.hardware.touchscreen This application is available to over 917 devices. Is there a hardware requirement that you've added that you shouldn't? Any obvious one would be NFC which is only available on a couple of phones.
