After turning on the phones Portable Wi-Fi hotspot and knowing the ip of the connected client, i tried to create java.net.Socket for connecting to that client. But its throwing IOException. When tried to ping to the connected client, its returning 1.
SO my doubt is whether its possible to create a Socket connection to the connected client under portable hotspot mode?.
