I try to execute the following code:

Process process = Runtime.getRuntime().exec("su");
// blah blah
}
catch (Exception e)
{
res += "ERROR " + e.getMessage() + "\n";
}
*
And I get the following exception::
Error running exec(). Command: [su] Working Directory: null Environment:
null
Any reason why?
Do I need "root" access on my device?
