What do you mean, how?  You just pick the constants out of the class,
one by one.

int a = MediaRecorder.AudioSource.CAMCORDER;
int b = ...
...

This is a very simple question, you might want to read up on Java
quite a bit more if you wanted to use an array and for to get these
values..
