I have an joomla(php) site that uses some custom extension and 3rd party components.. This is the site..http://www.guardianfall.com/ i need to run that site in any android device. There is no need of it to be an app. Just give this url in browser of android and it displays the page. So i am clear that it need not have to use SDKs..After i did some search here and there i saw something called PhoneGap. And i also saw <meta name="viewport" to display a web site in android device.. I got a book called "Pro Android Web Apps"..
