On my Nexus S running Android 4.0.3, I don't seem to be able to force stop device admin apps. Specifically, Settings->Apps->"All" tab->My Device Admin App leads to a display with the "Force Stop" button grayed out/unavailable. I could do this on Gingerbread 2.3.X -- the app currently targets API 10 and works fine on the Nexus S running 2.3. Is this an intentional change in behavior? If so, is it documented anywhere?
