Hi, To learn android you need 1) Internet in your pc or laptop 2) download eclipse 3) download adt plugin for android and add plugin in eclipse 4) download android sdk and add its location in eclipse android plugin
for the whole process just search in google and you android.com is the site where you will get all the things and also videos are available for each topic in google youtube.
