Seriously, do some goddamn googling. It took me all of three clicks to get from a google search for "openstreetmap android" to an open source project with OSM integration ( https://github.com/gkfabs/AndRoad/). If it's urgent for a project and you a) don't know where to start and b) aren't willing to research it yourself then you need to learn to set more realistic targets or push back on requirements from others that you are not able to deal with.
