Currently, there are no books on Augmented Reality and Android, AFAIK. I am in the process of writing one, but that will not be published until May. You can see if it can help you: http://www.apress.com/9781430239451. If you use Google, you should be able to find Chris Haseman's tutorial on the subject on devx. That should serve as an introduction.
I'd also recommend looking into Augmented Reality engines like AndAR.
