There are many websites with tutorials but getting a couple $15-$20 books will help alot. Here are two that got me started.
Beginning Android Game Development for Tablets, Author Jeremy Kerfs Beginning Android Games, Author Mario Zechner These both cover the basic startimg points, general game engung, controlling FPS, sprites and using graphics and sound. The second book starts into 3D progamming where the first sticks with 2D. Hope those help you.
