I'm considering running ADB over a WiFi connection rather than via the USB cable. I've read a lot of blog posts about it but I want to verify a few things:
1) Is it true that the phone must be rooted? If so, is SuperOneClick the preferred tool to use for rooting? 2) Once I can connect with command-line ADB over WiFi, is it a simple process to enable download/debugging over WiFi from within Eclipse? 3) Are there any "gotchas" that I should look out for?
