Hi, I would like to know if its possible to get low-level information related to the cellular network, as I would like to use them in an app I am willing to design. I have searched the APIs and this and other discussion boards, but I cant seem to find any info regarding that. Would someone please enligh me on this? It seems that this is confidential information but for an open source phone, this shouldn't be.
